iRevive Phone Repair – Terms of Service Agreement

By utilizing the services of iRevive Phone Repair, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Authorization

The Customer authorizes iRevive Phone Repair to perform diagnostic, repair, and/or replacement services on the submitted device. The Customer affirms they are the legal owner or have permission from the owner to authorize such services.

2. Repair Risks

The Customer acknowledges that electronic device repairs carry inherent risks. While iRevive Phone Repair exercises the highest level of care, there is a possibility of additional damage due to pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or unforeseen complications.

3. Data Responsibility

iRevive Phone Repair is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. Customers are strongly encouraged to back up all data prior to service.

4. Parts & Quality

Replacement parts used may be original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or high-quality aftermarket components, depending on availability and customer preference.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Devices may be withheld until payment is received.

6. Warranty Policy

iRevive Phone Repair provides a limited warranty covering defects in parts and workmanship for a specified period (to be defined by the business). This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Liquid damage

  • Misuse or neglect

  • Normal wear and tear

7. Third-Party Repair Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)

If the Customer allows any third party, including another repair shop or technician, to open, modify, or attempt repairs on the device after service has been performed by iRevive Phone Repair, all warranties are immediately voided.

Additionally, in such cases, iRevive Phone Repair is released from any and all responsibility or obligation related to the device, including prior repairs and any resulting issues.

8. Abandoned Devices

Devices not picked up within a reasonable time period (e.g., 30 days) may be considered abandoned. iRevive Phone Repair reserves the right to dispose of or resell abandoned devices to recover costs.

9. Limitation of Liability

iRevive Phone Repair shall not be held liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Loss of functionality unrelated to the repair

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Agreement

By proceeding with services, the Customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
